My name is Ally, nice to meet you!

I'm a passionate, creative problem solver, and I bring that spirit into everything I do.

After graduating from MassArt in 2014, I began working full time as a graphic designer in a corporate setting. While I enjoyed the work, sitting in a cubicle all day quickly began to wear on me. It was around this time that I adopted an unruly shelter puppy. I had no idea that little puppy would have such an impact on my life! Over an incredible six years, I took a step back from my design work and dove head-first into studying animal behavior and working in animal welfare. I've had the opportunity to work at three different shelters under many wonderful trainers, picked up two dog training certifications myself, and made some incredible friends along the way (critters and humans alike!)

While I spend my days at an animal shelter, I have my free time to pursue freelance design and illustration projects. This balance of my two passions is a dream come true, and I'm feeling more focused and creative than ever.
